The story

Most Tanzanian coffees are sourced from small holders and put together as lots to be sold. The most important factor is "how fresh are the green beans?" Tanzanian coffee has a reputation of losing its sparkle over time. We have sourced a commidity grade Tanzania which scores 78.75 SCA points but is a fresh harvest. Grown in fertile volcanic soil that is lightly acidic, rich in nitrogen, potassium and magnesium adds to the quality and flavour of this coffee.
